Um - how about my home? MSN has all the brain-power of a maggot-brained moron. So I cancelled it yesterday, then called up Drizzle (Yay! Drizzle!) to get my DSL through them. Hah. Apparently MSN doesn't release the line immediately. In fact, it may take up to three weeks for them to give up hope of me patronizing their services, and release it so that I can connect with another company.
My patience will not hold for three weeks. I'll give them today as a grace period, and then I'm gonna start raising holy hell on their help line until my DSL is released.
Today it is my solemn duty to wield my awesome computer karma for the forces of good. We'll just ignore the pesky headache, the lack of a mug for my tea, and the almost overwhelming desire to find a blankie, a teddy bear and curl up for a nap. Yep, all that is to be sacrificed in my quest for...
