My brother is, perhaps (unpack), not the most (unpack) subtle of men. (unpack) His hints for my prospective (unpack) activities (unpack) this weekend were (unpack), shall we say (unpack), excessive. (unpack) Nonetheless, I seem to have spent quite a bit of time (unpack) acquiescing to his desire to (unpack) see the living room, and not a forest (unpack), nay, jungle! of boxen.

I'm not quite done. There are tapes yet to decide what to do with, and some miscellany that I need to decide if I really want it or not, but I've made my way through the majority of the books. Now I've got the gaming (which I think will go in the kitchen next to the cookbooks, and the zines, which will probably make their way into my bedroom. It looks like I'll be putting up some small amount of shelving in there, for the stereo at the very least, and the zines. I may sell some, I'm not quite sure yet.

Still haven't found the last fifth of my cds, and I seem to be procrastinating on putting anything in the bedroom closet. Payday's on Wednesday, and if I can put if off until then, maybe I can get the wire shelving and have Dru help me install it. Hm... I need to look at my bills, but it may be doable.

I have my phone in, but I spent most of the weekend trying to find the box with the DSL modem, and I've only just uncovered it, so I haven't checked my high-speed connectivity. The email I got from Drizzle, with the warning of a two-week wait, has not reassured me. I don't seem to be suffering too badly, though.
