Spent a couple of hours at the P-Patch this afternoon, after wasting the morning doing laundry and playing Imperialism. I got the cover crop in, composted and fertilized.

Dru's idea to go out to see the Matrix with me was scotched by the considerable lack of tickets and/or planning.

He picked up a few movies on the way home. Finding Nemo was pretty cool - I laughed and balanced my checkbook.

'Barbarian', on the other hand. God - I'm trying to avoid looking at the screen - the fight choreography is wretched, and the costuming... *shudder* There's an annoying furry sidekick with a bad, whiny little accent, a princess in danger, and your token sexy Amazon in tight leather. I'd rather rewatch the tape of my 6th grade play - the acting was better. I keep expecting wry Iolaus-quips or Hercules-deadpan, and I'm doomed to disappointment.

I'm going to go to bed before my ears start bleeding, or I fall to the ground twitching in misery.
