Waitwaitwait. It's lunchtime. How'd it get to be noon so fast?

One way or another, we may have a new hire before the end of the year. I'm prayng for it, at least, and bossman wants to get all the interviews over in the next two weeks. It's been a year now - let's not make it two.

Gaming Saturday night, and I think we've almost got John convinced to follow us to WoW. That'll make everyone in the gaming group. Whee! Share the addiction.

I managed to get all my brownies made in time for the cookie exchange Sunday. Ran out of transit time, so I Flexcar-ed it down to their place, and was quite grateful for all the times I got lost with Meg moving her plants over there: I was one of the few people who didn't get lost. The weird thing is that I still haven't looked at a map to find their place yet, and I navigate best with a map. Couldn't stay too long, as I didn't have the car reserved for the entire afternoon, but it was a fun thing. Their house is still a work in progress, but it's huge for a Seattle house and they're going to have so much fun.

I've handed off cookies to Dru (we had dinner last night) and laid out a plate of more at work today (just checked - all gone) I've managed to eat my fair share, though. Between these and Thanksgiving, I should look at that walk-run program again.

Dad sent me my Christmas present: a card with a stick figure drawing holding an ipod and a check. I saw the drawing and was just - awww. I love my Dad. :) Mom, too, but the card elicits the Dad-love most.

Date tomorrow: someone I found on OKCupid. I should re-blue my hair tonight; need to nab some lab gloves so my hands don't go blue as well.

So I'm thinking Mini, as a) I don't have nearly 4GB of music, much less 40 and this is secondary storage anyway and b) small and shiny. Mmm. Shiny.

But I can't decide: Silver, Gold or Green?

My head smells like blueberries.

At first I attempted to only do the streaks. Um, no. My own head, and the back thereof? I'm lucky when I manage french braids correctly. So it's mostly the upper part of my head, not the bangs, and a few faint blue streaks on my cheek.

Um. It goes?

Still need to rinse. We'll... just see how it turns out.
