Memeage

I didn't even need to take the quiz, as I, and just about everyone I know, could tell I'd be the Book/Language Snob. I have, however, updated the description for me. Because I'm like that.

You speak eloquently (mostly - I have odd vocabulary failures sometimes) and have seemingly read every sci-fi/fantasy book ever published. You are a fountain of endless (sometimes useless and usually unsolicited) knowledge, and never fail to impress at a party. (Well, I wouldn't go that far.)
What people love: You can answer almost any question people ask, (or if not, I do party tricks with the Internet and have it in five minutes.) and have thus been nicknamed JeevesHermione.
What people hate: You constantly correct their grammar, pronunciation and spelling and insult their paperbacksreading habits (or lack thereof).

as I was also labelled a "book/language snob", I may just appropriate this version, because with your amendments, it fits me exactly!

Hee. Because, being launguage snobs, we have to change the text to suit our needs ;)

I only took the quiz because I was (really) bored at the time.

And it labelled me a *wine* snob.

Hahahaha.

But it was really close, so I can assume a Peter Whimsey-like pose in the library...

I got the food/wine snob thing. Which kind of doesn't surprise me.

Cause...dear god, there was a person asking if they could use margarine in a bechemel sauce on one of the LJ groups...my jaw dropped. ::shudder::

You are the one who introduced me to the delight which is dim sum, so I'm not going to argue with it :)

Heh. I am Teh Pimp-ess of the Dim Sum!

And if you ever get to visit me here I shall pimp the creme brulee at the Met, the pierogies at the Veselka...and any other yummy things that I can think of. *g*
