Ah, the bitter taste of frustration
Oct. 16th, 2002 05:54 pmAnd the morning started off this way, too: Callie (the little shit) rocketed out the door this morning, and no amount of coaxing or food would lure her back into our yard. She's an adorable little squirrel most of the time, but not when I'm wandering around barefoot in my robe, hair still dripping, trying to get her back inside. And the day of her vet appointment, too.
I got her in when I went home for lunch, so she's probably on her way home from the vet's right now. Or home already.
Alas, a non-DSL home.
Really - should any of you, your friends or family ever consider getting MSN DSL? Shoot yourself in the foot first. It'll be less painful.
23 days since I first cancelled with MSN. I'm almost incoherent.
But really, other than that, I'm sort of coasting along. Nothing exciting (except weekends, but by the time I'm re-accessed on Tuesday, I've forgotten all the fun details) so I'm feeling really boring. No new fic, everyone else already critiques the shows I watch much better than I do. I'm almost done with the afghan I started all those months ago - the crochet needle really flies during Buffy and Angel (Callie likes to attach it, the yarn and me. The boys have learned better.) I've got a story idea for NaNoWriMo - not my old fantasy novel plot that's been moldering in the back of my brain for years, but another sci-fi-ish thing that needs characters and will likely end up very slashy. Whee!
And, because I can't pass up a quiz that calls me a sexy computer geek:

Which Blake's 7 rebel are you?
