Monday was contagious
Dec. 21st, 2002 02:52 pmI swear, the damn thing infested the whole week. First, I lost my Flexcar card, and then, after I begged Lori to borrow her car while she's gone to get my holiday errands done, I lose her car keys, too. Augh!
It's only today that I've managed a recovery. Flexcar is issuing me a replacement card, so I have to pay for that, but I found the old one on my floor with the plane tickets, and Lori's car keys were not on the desk by the door where I thought I'd put them, but hiding in the folds of the blanket at the foot of my bed.
I've finished my letters and my presents and I've 45 minutes to hit the post office before they close today. I don't have one cousin's address, but that's my uncle's fault. I'm not terribly concerned. I need to do laundry and pack sometime before tomorrow evening, and maybe fiddle with my computer. As part of the Monday infection, I managed to delete all the e-books I was loading on my Palm Friday, so I'll sneak into work sometime and reload them.
