Following my hijacking by the cats, I feel like I'm getting somewhere with the sweater. Woo! I can't knit in silence, though, so I've been popping in random videos.

Last night was the A&E Scarlet Pimpernel. It's been a while since I've seen it, and I felt cheated, since all the good bits I remembered (Percy asleep on the couch where Chauvelin is supposed to meet the Scarlet Pimpernel) were in the original, not the remake. In the new one, the whole discovery is completely downplayed, and that's the best part! I need more costume dramas, and I'm bitterly regretting letting my parents keep the tapes I made of the first four Horatio Hornblower movies.

Shrift's new Spike/Xander, Loserville, inspired me to pull out the few Buffy tapes I've got. I really should hit Kris up for her Buffy DVDs and start watching my way through the first couple of seasons.
