Buggery and Hellation.

First my Quicken at home goes squirrelly. Then my laptop crashes hard, and I don't have enough time to spare at work to fix it (nor the tools at home) and now I've ported Quicken and my data file into work on an external drive, and Quicken is acting squirrelly again.

Ack! If I don't balance my checkbook, I lose track of how much money I've got. Or don't, which is worse!

Weh. And now Tom's leaving Monday, so we're all screwed.

Jacyn showed me a shaven-headed James Marsters. My day just got better.

And free-scoop day! I may have to swing by the UVillage on my way home.

So [livejournal.com profile] chrismm gave me a heads up on the weather, and I skipped my free scoop at Ben and Jerry's to come home and eat part of my free pint of Ben and Jerry's in front of Sense and Sensibility. *sigh* I adore Jane Austen and Emma's wonderful adaptation and the side of soulfully yearning Alan Rickman is not to be missed.

Hee! Emma says that Alan would be mysterious playing the milkman! Hee!

My favorite scene is where all the women save Elinor storm into their rooms to sob, and she sits on the landing and sips the tea Margaret handed her. I think I need an icon of that.
