Good for a laugh

Did the FF.net LotR/Harry Potter Mary Sue meme. (Search in the summaries for your name.)
Misha didn't pull up but one Spanish story, and my Spanish, being nonexistent, meant I turned instead to my real name. Much snerking was had. Not all of them were Mary Sues - I was mentioned a number of times as a friend of the author. In Lord of the Rings, mostly I just fall through to Middle Earth or the Fellowship comes to me. There was the one where Briana (funnily enough, a pseud I used for a MUD way back in the when) and I are vampire sisters (which must be better than your normal vampire, *obviously*,) and we jump through a portal and there are elves. Which - feh. I want me some Eomer. Screw the elves. (Ok, maybe not the twins. Mmm. Twins.)
Had more luck with Harry Potter. Dead, Cho's best friend (and Voldie's kid), Narcissa's sister, Draco's sister, Ollie Wood's crush, Lily's friend, Tom's(!) best friend, Romelius (Oh god!) Lupin's wife, and uh... yeah. Again - feh. If'n I'ma be Mary Sue'd, let me crash through a portal, accidentally exorcise Binns, and end up teaching History of Magic for penance. Only much more fun than Binns. Oh, and comfort a grieving Bill when Fleur runs off with the Squid. (Mmm. Sexy redhead.)
