Missing that connection

My DSL modem decided to crap out on me sometime Friday, and because I decided to work on my sleep deficit Friday night, I didn't talk to tech support about it until Saturday. The replacement won't arrive until Tuesday, which shot my plan for spending the weekend introducing myself to City of Heroes.
So I walked and gardened and swam and played one of my non-Internet games, and desperately missed my widget list. I even went so far as to clean my kitchen!
I seem to have exciting dreams, when I'm in the middle of 'net-withdrawal. Shock-myself-awake, heart-pounding exciting. ( Saturday night. )( Sunday Night. )
