Feb. 18th, 2005 05:10 pmDratted printers! All three identical new shiny things - can't telnet in to figure out why they won't print. Hmm. Means I won't get to have a 4-day weekend by taking tuesday off, but at least bossman will give me Friday next.
Good workout today: The sun made me leave my jacket at my desk, with my iPod inside, and I didn't have any reading material, but the pool was nigh deserted.
Started a sock today. Last night I fiddled with the chenille I'd been intending to use and gave up when I couldn't get the toe to start right. Decided that sock-weight yarn is for the birds - who wants thin socks anyway? And finally got out the worsted weight I'd bought a year or two ago and started the sock on size 5 dpns this morning.
