Got served last night.
Last year in March, right after my brother broke his leg, I borrowed his car to do some errands, my brakes failed and I smashed into this kid in a riced out Honda.
Kid is now suing me because he can't squeeze enough money out of his insurance company. Fortunately, my (well, my brother's) insurance company is being good about talking to me and handling most of the correspondence. They warned me about a possible suit in February, and the lawyers are only now getting around to filing the damn thing.
Still, I'm rather pissed at the snot-nosed little money-grubbing ass-wipe.
