The worst was not waking the first time, though. The worst was after dropping off the first two guys, we headed back to Jen's place and deciding to wiggle in an extra hour of sleep.

Her couch is comfy enough, but I drifted in dreams so close to waking, all I could dream about was sleeping on her couch. And I was aware enough, they all involved getting up and ''time to go!' and just kept cycling when I'd realize 'oh, damn. Still dreaming.' I finally knew I was up when I was cold again.

We didn't even get near the drop point - at the UW stadium parking lot. Just close enough to hit traffic, veer into a church parking lot where several other groups were off loading, and off they went.

I'm gonna lay down for another nap. Head out for Centralia after lunch.
