Nibbles of interest

Well, the listing went live yesterday afternoon.

I took a half day - pled headache, which was more true of the morning, but I'd been all productive, so I took my productivity home. Got Dru to come over and help - replaced drawer fittings and two doorknobs and got one door/doorway painted. I'm almost in showable condition. Which is good.

Because I had my first call from an agent. They want to verify FHA/Fannie Mae eligibilty, to which I'm 'wtf' and 'sure, whatever'.
