Moving right along
Feb. 28th, 2008 12:01 pmTalk about the irony of wrong numbers. Some random 574 area code number just called wanting to ask questions about the FAFSA. I *used* to do that, back in Kansas... almost a decade ago. It makes me giggle.
I had a lovely weekend - headed to the Rock on Saturday to meet up with SOK people. And Sabelle had girl scout cookes, so I succumbed to the lure of the thin mints and shortbread. Sunday morning I headed downtown to the Flower and Garden show to meet Meg and a friend of hers. I bought myself two wee orchids for $5 apiece, two different types of small white. Let's just hope I can keep them alive.
The end of the quarter is looming, but my group has the final project well in hand. I need to turn over my part tonight, and then perhaps piece it all together in a week. Not too shabby, and done a week ahead of time.
