What is it about Wednesdays? I mean, other than not getting home until 10.
I had a moderately productive weekend and did quite a bit of gardening. Took some shears to about 2 months worth of leg hair (ok, a razor, but it was a close call as to which tool to use!) and did some other bush whacking, and then headed outside for the real thing: lovely overwintered compost to build up my raised beds (no, I'm done with the innuendo, honest!) and planted peas and spinach. I set up more shelves indoors and I'll be heading out to my storage pod soonish to retrieve some of my lovely, much missed books. Mom's coming up to Seattle soonish, and she'll be wanting to prod me into some interior decorating.
I have yet to actually write the first two essays for this quarter's class. I stumbled over the 'no credit after late for more than a week' and checked what % of the grade they are... With 100% on the 3rd assignment, perfect attendance and 100% on the final (not an unreasonable assumption, considering how easily she grades), I can squeak out a C+, and I only need to pass. This doesn't exactly motivate me.
