So my boss has been bugging me to make this call to Brother so I chew them out for sending me to their Canadian support and then bully them into replacing one of their print/copy/fax thingees. And I keep getting distracted by other things, like help desk calls (and slash, but mostly help desk calls.) I even started to call them, and picked up to the phone just as J down in CT wanted help fixing her printer. Finally, finally, I get a pause in the hustle, and sit down and...
They're experiencing such a high volume of calls, I can't even get put on hold.
