Amtrak's having a special to Vancouver and back - one-way fares for $7. Pity it's not Vancouver, WA - that would make
hammerhead22's Halloween Party much more doable. I'm having trouble coming up with a costume this year - I'm thinking ahead, but I'm also trying to find something that I wouldn't mind wearing to work. (So the harem girl thing is just right out. ;)
Oh yeah! Sleeping Beauty, with the spindle that she pricks her finger on a metaphor for technology. I've been thinking about participating inNaNoWriMo, but I didn't exactly have a good novel idea, and this would be cool.
Add in five pages on the Watcher/Watcher bunny last night, and I'm feeling pretty on top of things. (We'll just ignore the two bills I should have paid last month that turned up in my excavation of piles last night, and the phone calls hovering over my head at work. Yeah. Minor details.)
