The To-Do List for the weekend

I don't know if I'll get to the list of writing that I wanted to get done this weekend.
Instead, there's:
Dishes Woo! Go Lori!
Balancing the house checkbook and figuring out the bills
Vaccuuming my room
Cleaning off the living room table and vaccuuming the living room
Picking up the entry way, shelving books and vaccuuming the entry
Excavating my bed floor
Laundry
Actually putting the clean laundry away
Taking a half-ton of shit to the basement
Weeding, if the rain slacks at all

I'm leaving the next sourdough experiment for Monday, and thank god for it.

Kasha's scarf (need more colors)
Tea series
transcribing old journal entries
start on my calligraphy project

And somewhere in all that, play some Pharoah, read Cod, go dancing and go to a birthday party.

The hallmark of a librarian

I was reshelving some paperbacks, getting down to the hardbacks, and decided to count them. 730 paperbacks. Fiction only, not counting the romance novels I'm getting rid of. Given that, I figure my personal library is at least two thousand volumes, and not quite three thousand.

I can't decide if that's a lot or not.
