The Magic Touch

The best service calls for me are the ones where all I have to do is show up. Someone complains that their computer isn't working, I arrive, and it works. I've got some pretty hefty mojo working for me here, 'cause my coworker was wrestling with a Powerbook, couldn't get it to start all day yesterday, plops it in my lap this morning and Shazam - working laptop. Hee :) This is the first time I've done it to a fellow tech.
