Apr. 11th, 2003 01:44 pmI think I'm going to pass on the Friday Five today - I could answer question one, and then I'd start waffling. Sloppy, half-cold thin eggo waffles, even.
I keep trying to beat down an incipient headache with advil - we'll see how that goes. Whatever - I'm not wussing out on the Library Sale today, unlike some unnamed roommates of mine. coughAliLoricough
To be fair, they aren't quite the sort of unadulterated manic bibliophiles who plan on leaving work just a little early to get to Sand Point and get a good position in line. Not quite. And they both did give me their membership cards, which means an extra 50 books I could buy tonight. ! I'm not sure I'll get to that level, but it's almost like Christmas early. I'm bringing my cell phone, so if I do spot something they might like, I can ask about it. That, and I'll need it to keep track of Kris, from whom I've cadged a ride home.
I have my little wheely bag, and my canvas shopping bags. I brought a pair of jeans to change into, and I think I'm set.
