(no subject)

Just got back from the home inspection. The P-trap in the kitchen sink needs to be fixed, and of all things, the smoke detector doesn't work, but other than that, it's good to go. Checked out the laundry room, bike room, storage area (tiny), exercise room (lame) and sauna (stinky) and took a billion measurements in the unit so that I can fulfill my daughterly duty and let Mom whip up decorating sketches for me.

I need to haunt the office until another fax comees in, and then I can swoop my brother off for his Birthday Lunch - maybe this time we might be able to actually find the burrito place he was talking about.
